Marc Jacobs is one of my favourite designers. In collaboration with Mac by Mac Jacobs, Holts has come up with a bag where part proceeds will go to VisionSpring.

Vision is something that we take for granted. VisionSpring helps provide low-cost eyeglasses throughout the developing world.

(Vision is so important, I can barely see without my glasses/contacts!)
